Egged staff don't help and also create more problems always. Today I arrived at 480 stop and left my bicycle inside the trunk of the parked bus. Other people left bags also. Suddenly egged staff asked to remove without explaining. We removed waited another bus in the sun. Also the other bus didn't arrived in 10 minutes as scheduled. Egged staff keep talking on cellphone and don't answer what happened. I really don't know what they do there.
