Not trustworthy place!!! Brought 1 bag of wash, and asked if they could have it done within 24 hours. We confirmed that I would pick it up at 4pm the next day. I came at 4:30 and after they spent 10 minutes looking for my clothes, they found it and it hadn't been washed yet. Fortunately I was not leaving Jerusalem until the next day. Today is that day. They told me to come at 8am, I arrived at 7:50am and saw a guy locking up and leaving on his scooter. He told me "5 minutes" and this was 15-20 minutes ago. They're supposed to be open right now and to no avail. I hope he will come back so I can get my laundry, as I need to leave Jerusalem by 10am. Do not make the same mistake I did!!! Update: two different employees arrived at 8:15am to open the place, and neither spoke English very well. They told me "10 minutes" and I said "I'll wait". They then found my laundry (washed and folded thank Gd) and I explained the situation to them and that I was only going to give them 45 shekels (it's what I had without needing change back) for the inconvenience. They nodded and said it was ok. I'm not sure how much they understood but at least I have my laundry! Oy! Also as it turns out I got a shirt back that wasn't mine to begin with, so you may be missing an item...
