We used this place on Monday as it offered self-service as well as providing a laundry service. It doesn't look much, but the machines all work, the man there is very helpful, there is a change machine and it's way cheaper than the hotel. Our detergent, wash and dry cost NIS45, which was less than the price of a T-shirt at the hotel! Recommended

We are traveling for 3 weeks total and had to do laundry in the Jerusalem. The hotel was way too expensive. We decided to take a chance on this place. It's a few blocks away from the Machaneh Yehudah Market, the biggest market in Jerusalem. We walked here from that spot on the light rail. They can change shekel bills into coins. Our laundry took 1 hour and cost $15. It got hot while the dryer was running. I'm guessing this place is closed on Friday and Saturday (the Israeli / Jewish weekend). We had the place to ourselves until one person came in when we were leaving.

I totally agree with the other reviews. After reading the other reviews I decided to stop by and do a load of laundry before leaving Jerusalem. I was not disappointed.

Opened a bit early. Super helpful. The washer only takes 5 and 1 shekels. The dryer takes 10 minutes. Amazing!

We came for the laundry and we stayed for the cat. Friendly service, reasonable prices and an awesome, lucky tortoiseshell cat.
