The only coin laundry near the old city, this is positive. The number of driers per washing machine is low (5WM/2DR a 3rd DR was not functional ) washing and drying cost 15 shekel per run, paying machine takes 1, 5 and 10s ( 10s with a lot of trouble) bring lots of coins, stores in the neighborhood are fed up from laundry users asking for change, credit card or phone contact payment should work but it malfunctions after one or two customers. Place is messy and dirty. A real pity, they could make a good business and be a bit customer friendlier, there is no competition around .. Drier temperature is so high that it toasts your clothing, clothes are so hot that there is no way to know if they are dry. You find out after the clothes cool off…

Washers and dryers work but nobody in the area wants to exchange coins with you. No coin exchange in the laundromat either.
