The best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff. Stayed in December 2025 as a group of two adults and two kids. The location is 10/10- it’s literally next to the beach, and easy walking distance to anywhere you need to go. The staff are lovely too. However the rooms are v small and v tired. The noise level from the street is insane from super early in the morning (5am!) until v late at night. of course many hotels in tel aviv are like this - the city is alive and undergoing so much construction. but just be prepared - take ear plugs or stay somewhere else.
