Mina Hotel

I recently stayed at Mina Hotel, which turned out to be more like an Airbnb without the amenities or services one would expect from a Boutique Aparthotel as described on the website. The overall atmosphere was far from cozy and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, with hairs scattered on the floor upon arrival. It was quite off-putting and gave a sense of poor maintenance. Moreover, several essential items were in a state of disrepair e.g. the showerhead and the toilet roll holder were broken. The curtains had to be constantly closed to prevent passersby from peering into the room, as there were no other measures in place to ensure privacy. This restriction made the room feel confined and restricted natural light. Overall, my experience at Mina Hotel was disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We contacted the hotel by phone several times to make a reservation and there was no reply for over a week. Fortunately we didn't make the reservation by Booking with full online payment because we would have stayed in the street.

I really loved the tranquity of this place in the heart of Jerusalem. Whoever designed this place put their hear into it and made it a warm and cozy temporary home for travelers

The hotel was in a perfect location, very clean and carefully designed. The staff was kind and nice. For sure we will be back
