I've been a member of Maryland Fitness for about half a year now, and I am loving it! The coaches at the CrossFit gym, Maria, Yagel, and Leonid, are top-notch and have been instrumental in helping me reach my fitness goals. They are super knowledgeable and encouraging, and I can't thank them enough for their positive influence on my health and well-being. The community at Maryland Fitness is also super welcoming and supportive, which has made my fitness journey so much more enjoyable.
