I’m having the same issue as the reviewer below me. I booked online and showed up, and no one is here or answering the phone or willing to speak to me about getting a refund.

i can not recommend this place. i booked online and recieved a confirmation and i was also charged a 100 shekel deposit. however when i showed up to the place no one was there, no one was answering the phone or the knocks on the door. once I eventually got hold of her she told me she was on vacation and she didn't know why the system had booked me in. i found it super unprofessional that not only did i show up for an appointment that didn't exist I was also charged for it. i followed up with her after a week inquiring about the refund and I didn't recieve a response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Not reliable. three days before my wedding I had a 9:00 appointment, and they sent me an email at 6:00 canceling it. Do not reccomend

I don’t mean to be dramatic but I’ve never had a better manicure before in my life!! India took such good care of my nails, she was super gentle with removing my old gel, so my nails feel strong and healthy. She takes the time to do your nails properly and isn’t rushing through. Not only is she the most wonderful nail tech, her warm and bubbly personality makes you feel like you’re hanging out with an old friend! Thank you India ???

This was my first appointment at Lacque Luster for a gel polish pedicure. India was delightful and did a superb job! She is intelligent, attentive, and kind and I will be back upon my return to Israel. Thank you, India!
