Well, what to tell you - just no. Customer service in Israel is famous for its below zero level, so I wouldn't say I am surprised, but the place doesn't value your time at all. Iam retelling my husbands story...They say: "come in now, we have an opening", and then proceed to change oil for 3 hours. Moreover, he asked to change a lamp and after the change my parking camera and back lights stopped working, so he got to yell his way out to fix it back. He took a few hours off from work, and when it was over 2 hours waiting time he wanted to just pay and get out, but, guess what, the cashier lady went to the veggy market at 1 pm workweek day...So he couldn't even check out till she got back with her groceries..🤦‍♀️you know, they fixed what he wanted, so that's a plus, but the customer service is just a disaster.
