The Home Apartments

Arik is NOT at all accommodating! we arrive 21:00 and check in is only between 10:00- 16:00. I even suggested having my niece pick up the keys during their check in times and even Arik refused that option. Such a rude and unpleasant man and I highly obtuse to reasoning and logic! I cannot help the fact that my arrival into Israel is in the evening....what a ridiculous policy this establishment runs....and so RUDE over the phone! I'm leaving a review BEFORE even staying at this location....what a horrid business and warn all to NOT even consider this establishment for any accommodation 365 days of the year! Apauling service, manners and zero professional approach and customer service!
