Mr. Ben Yehuda - By TLV2GO

following previous visits with TLV2GO who are running few buildings in Tel Aviv, we have decided to stay once again with TLV2GO. It is the firs time for us to stay at Ben Yehouda 185. Conditions of the apartment were realy below par, leaks in the shower, dirty sofa the requiered to have few towels to cover it, curtains were stained, windows and shade were dirty and out of order.|The apartment really and truly was extremly dissapoiting. We have tried on numerous time to connect with TLV2GO office and took us several attempts to get a response with lack of follow up and follow through.|The unit prior to our arrival should have been put on out of order properly cleaned and fixed.

I was there after my birthright trip to Israel. I’m a 22 years old female , booked my trip before the war with Iran started. One day after I checked in to the apartment, which by the way was ok, the bomb sirens started going off in Tel Aviv. Super scary!! I left after my second night at Ben Yehuda, joined my family and left with birthright out of Israel prior to my checkout date. They charged 1,900 dollars, and I received none of my cash back. I told them I’m not coming back to Israel, but they issued me a credit anyway for a future stay for 1,300 dollars. They won’t budge after 3 attempts by Expedia to reach out to them for a prorated cash refund back to my parents credit card. They won’t respond back to my parents numerous emails.Is this how people in Israel do business, or is it just them?

Совсем близко от моря, рядом магазинчик Тиф-там. Номер уютный стильный, все необходимое есть. Кровать удобная, но матрас требует замены. Белье хорошее, но не было смены белья за 8 ночей. Полотенца стирали сами. Хорошо, что есть стиральная машина машина. А вот кухня на высшем уровне, все есть. Из больших недостатков то, что душевая кабина вся протекает по стыкам, неудобно, заливается весь пол, полотенце ножное сразу намокает. Номер был убран к нашему заезду, встретились с уборщицей. На этом все, дальше сами. Общение по телефону, ключи в ящичке, но так как застали уборщицу, то спокойно вошли в номер. Душевая кабина, отсутствие сменного постельного белья.

Pros: * Great location- close to the beach and in the center of the city. * nice rooms, well designed * easy instructions for check in/check out * large balcony with a view Cons: * not my cleaning standards… saw hair on the blankets and in the shower….. toilet paper was missing * relatively easy communication with hosts but they only brought the new bed sheets and toilet paper the day after in the late afternoon… * there were no instructions about the water heater, and when we asked the hosts they sent us a video, but it wouldn’t be understandable for non Hebrew speakers. It’s better if they put an instruction note in the room.
