I would like to pay your attention at the customer experience that we had in your shop at 11th August 2023. My wife was trying clothes in a dressing room for disabled persons and a russian-speaking employee entered it without any notification and started yelling at her in a very rude way. My wife is a disabled person since 2006 as she had a surgery on her back due to scoliosis. More than that she’s at the 9th month of pregnancy. She felt very stressed because of that situation which affected very badly on her mood especially at this period of pregnancy. Please set a training session to your low-qualified staff on how to behave with customers. I’ve already contacted our lawyer to discuss the ways we would judge your employee and your shop. See you at the court.
