Pros: Specious place with a pool and hot tub on the roof , 1 shared bathroom on each floor (4 total) , 2 tv seating areas , nice outdoor area for bbq. Cons: very limited supply of hot water for showers , only 1 boiler on the roof with non insulated limited supply plumbing . Especially on a Friday for a family coming to spend shabbat and everybody needs showers at the same 4 hour window . After 3 showers of hot water (but not at the same time) we ran out of hot water on a very cold winter day . Very disappointing . They asked us to take the garbage dumpster with all our trash bags inside out to the street when we are done .
