Rooms, sevice and food, perfect. I have given slightly less for location only because it is not on the waterfront. However I have witnessed a storm on the lake one year. So if not ideal location, it is certainly safer.

Most of the employees are attentive and kind. Unfortunately the manager and supervisor of the restaurant (Kaled) has a extremely rude and disrespectful treatment towards all types of guests (whether they are older women or young men of any nation and religion). It is not understandable that he has a tourist service position and can be so disrespectful and rude to them. I witnessed how he yelled and treated women who did not understand his language badly and with people in my group he had the same attitude. No matter the day or the hour, every time I came across him, he had the same attitude of disregard for others and discomfort in serving others. I don't want to imagine the way he would treat other employees. It is never to return or recommend this hotel.

We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.
