If you are an oversea tourist and would like to have tax refund, DON’T purchase anything in this store. You would not get any tax refund. This store would give me a duplicated tax refund form which is not valid and I could not get the tax refund in the airport. This is cheating and you have left Israel and could never get the money back.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

A disappointing company that does not consider regular clients, takes no responsibility and no accountability. After years of buying their products, I will no longer purchase any more and not will I support them in any capacity. If you want to be reassured reliable and competent customer service this is NOT who you want to work with. How disappointing!
