Highly unprofessional and unreliable. I booked an appointment months in advance for the day before I was leaving on a month-long trip. In the week leading up to it, they tried to reschedule several times, and I explained that I had no flexibility and was relying on this appointment. On the morning of my appointment (which was scheduled for the afternoon), they called and demanded that I now arrive within 30 minutes (hours before my actual appointment) or it would be canceled. I tried to be flexible and asked for an additional 10 minutes just to physically get to the salon, and the owners began shouting at me over the phone, saying there was nothing to discuss — either I come at that new time or not at all. As a result, I had to leave for my trip without receiving the treatment. I had been a regular client for over a year, but after this incident I canceled my laser package halfway through . The refund process was also unpleasant — I had to chase them repeatedly, and they were rude and completely unapologetic. After being treated this way, I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

The women of Papillon are the nicest people in the world AND they give the best pedicures ever. I'm from the US and I never had a pedicure as high quality as theirs. Luxurious experience with great service

The most beautiful nails ever And that’s just the bonus ? The salon is very pleasant, feels good to come over every time , just like a comfy sitting in my own living room, but with a sea view ?
