Terrible costumer service , the owner it’s just the most rude and horrible old woman I met.

I love this place. It’s tuck inside Neve Tsedik and the owner is really nice. I bought my necklace from their a year ago and it broke. I came back to get it fix and she was so sweet about it. It was a free charge because she just had to attached my necklace together. She told me it’s about 40 minutes to an hour wait so I just walked around and had some coffee nearby.

I would not recommend this place to buy jewelry. It's overpriced and the customer service is terrible when (not if) you have an issue. The owner is not fair or decent. Don't trust the "good" reviews, they are from family members.

Buyer beware - Especially foreign buyers! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will not be able to return or exchange your purchase. I purchased an item and within two hours of leaving the store, I went back to my hotel and opened the bag and realized I was overcharged from our agreed upon price AND that the necklace was defective. I emailed Ronit to let her know I wanted to return the product or at the very least exchange it and I was ignored. I called and was told no. I went to the store to show her the piece and she screamed at me repeatedly and called me names. It was very unsettling. Then I learned that there is a policy in Israel that if you purchase an item over a certain amount they are not obligated to do a return. She is aware of this policy and prices her items this way to protect herself. Do not purchase from this store. The quality service is TERRIBLE! She has since asked friends and family to post reviews on the site because I mentioned that I should have looked at her previous reviews that say she has horrible quality and service. I am sharing my experience in the hopes that it will save someone else from the same heart ache I went through.
