Didnt like when they try to send my mom away at 11 morning on Shabbat day ... all the hotels in Israel approve to stay until shabbat ends 18 with no extra charge thanks to our holly god but nooo in this hotel they dont approve they want extra 350 shekel like its a regular day and not shabbat which they already charging more on Fridays rather then every other day. Shame

I stayed at this hotel for the second time (the first time was at the beginning of the war in October 2023 - there were protected spaces on every floor, even though the hotel is floors 4 and 5 and the breakfast floor is 12; there was water and snacks everywhere). Everything is great and clean, the rooms are nice, and you can’t hear neighbors through the walls or from the hallway. The only thing that bothered me was the fridge humming at night (the staff knows about this issue). I just unplugged it :) Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and the reception can get busy at that time. If your room isn’t ready yet, they can give you access to the lounge on the 12th floor (there’s coffee, snacks, and magazines, and the view of Tel Aviv is beautiful). Housekeeping is very friendly, the receptionists are patient, and the restaurant staff is pleasant. Breakfast (7–10 a.m., including Saturday) is classic Mediterranean: vegetables, fish and cheese, boiled and scrumble eggs, a large capsule coffee machine that I figured out easily, juices, and desserts - the cafeteria is very quiet and clean. But on Saturday the coffee machine doesn’t work, there’s no porridge, and the only hot dishes are boiled eggs and quiche. Keep that in mind (although in the room you have a capsule espresso machine, there’s another one at reception, or you can go down to the mall for a hot coffee if that matters to you) Really liked it, definitely recommend.
