Rob is a super professional and knowledgeable trainer and physical therapist. He really takes into account who you are in your entirety, what you’re trying to achieve and the best route for that while staying mindful to important aspects of mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall energy. I’m the happiest I could be with my continued progress and journey to becoming the best version of myself.

One of the best trainers I have ever had. Takes into account many variables that normal physical therapists or trainers would not, making a huge difference. Does a great job explaining every exercise and how it improves the overall physical well-being of the client. Had a lot of trouble over the years with my knee. After a month and a half with him I am able to do things I hadn’t been able to do for over 8 years without pain.

Rob is great at working with your individual abilities and growing them exponentially. As someone with disabilities his understanding and knowledge of the kinetics of the human body have been a huge part of my success both in rehabilitation of joints and growth of movement .
