לצערי השירות היה מזלזל, מאוד לא אדיב וחסר סבלנות. מקווה שזה ישתנה ושאוכל לחזור לרכוש בחנות

Amazing! Our dog loves call ming here every time we pass it, and we feel the same way. Yulia is very friendly and helpful, and you can definitely see her love for the dogs, and back.

I came at 9:30 when they’re supposed to open but it was closed. I asked a neighbor and she said they sometimes only open at 10 or later. So disrespectful, will never buy there. Just read your reply. Sorry to ruin your story, but I was sitting on the bench right in front of the store from 9:15 waiting for it to open, and left at 9:32 to look for another store. This whole time it was shut closed and there was no employee who “went to the bathroom”. I don’t understand why you choose to lie about this instead of taking responsibility for your own actions and apologizing, this reply just makes it all worse.
