Pésima elección, no le recomiendo a nadie éste lugar, nada que ver con las fotos que publican en Airbnb, hasta cucarachas había.

Zimmer ist okay, 1,5 Räume, relativ sauber, Ausstattung insgesamt in Ordnung. Vor allem die Lage ist das Highlight, mitten im Carmel Market Viertel, super***** Schlafgelegenheiten auch okay, Schlafzimmer top, aber selbst die Schlafcouch passt prima, echt überrascht. WAS GAR NICHT GEHT ist die Lautstärke!!!! Wir haben das CARMEL Zimmer, Etage 0, Straßenniveau > ohne Ohrstöpsel keine Chance, man hört selbst einen Bluetooth Verbindungs Ton VON DER STRASSE:-( Party, Bäcker, Roller etc. geht voll durch ins Zimmer. UND eine Baustelle > drehst du durch:-( Die Wände dämmen wirklich nix, echt schade, weil man nach einer Tour eben Abends/Nachts in der Bude ist.... Noch einmal? Ja, aber nur die Zimmer ab Etage 1 aufwärts, gehen alle nach HINTEN raus.

We (2 adults) spent 4 nights in this apartment. It was small but the balcony was great. Room was not clean and toilet paper was missing. After we complaint the staff reacted very fast and they were really responsive/helpful and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift which was nice. The area around the hotel was ok as the market was very near 50 meter and the beach a few blocks away which was nice. A lot of restaurants are nearby and everyone was friendly and helpful. The area is NOT dangerous at all and you can walk around at any time without any troubles.

Stay away from the bottom floor. There is a nest of flies that keep flying around and also get in the apartments on that floor. Pictures to come. Once we had sewage overflow, in the apartments. Imagine 2 inch of sewage water covering your entire apartment? Delicious!!! Around once a week there is a problem with the sewage pump on that floor. Expect a nice wc odors floating around. I got double charged for extra cleaning when I checked out. If you tie your bike outside, make sure it's a heavy lock. Expect some fungus to grow from the wall at the apartment on this level Enjoy your stay. Amazing view from the rooftop. Neighbors quite friendly.
