close to the beach. the rooms are fine. but the smell in the hallway, and stairs is very bad. not so good location.

Good quality to price in this area. It is not place to stay for many days espacially if you want only rest in tell Awiw, but in other ways the best. No problem with accomodation, good contact with owner.
