If there was zero starts I’d totally give 0 stars. The experience on last Friday was absolutely terrible and horrific. The guy who took the order not only assumed me and my wife are ordering a takeaway without asking, did not apologized, told ME I gave them troubles, and the shift manager himself said “let’s move on, it’s history” dismissing my feedback pointing to a sign “order from here” means takeaway! (Because I did not asks a waiter specifically). Two coffees I’ve ordered also did not arrive at all and also did not apologized and tapped my back like I’m some kind of friend of his. SO RUDE! Maybe it’s a new staff. All of this will never happen to me at Nono or any other coffee place. Do not enter! Also totally overpriced for the food AND bad service. Everyone around me said the exact same thing, and we’re even ruder about it.

Coffee — just a regular Israeli coffee shop. Nothing special. If you’re looking for specialty coffee, this isn’t the place
