The man at the reception told me “it is awkward” when I showed to him my non-Israeli passport. I am a bank client for about a year and such behaviour is not acceptable.

Contrary to other reviews here, I got awesome service. Only problem I have is that the app isn't in English, but that's not the fault of this particular branch. Website works fine.

Tried opening an account. Went through two clerks who had different requirements, plus one of them was rather impatient. Spent an hour there and left without an account.

Tried to exchange old currency to new Shekel. First they were closed on Poerim, then they said they hadn't a cashier and no cash. I asked were to go and they said try another bank at the Dizengoff center. Also there no cashiers in the bank. They should have send me to a cash exchange point. (King George 53)

Tried to exchange old shekels for new as a tourist visiting the country and an employee practically yelled at me, "no change here" and closed the door in front of me. Awful attitude.
