Honestly? I love this place. Via Maris is way more than a CrossFit gym. The coaches actually care — about form, about safety, about progress — and they somehow manage to push you without it ever feeling intimidating or ego-driven. You feel looked after, not judged. The vibe is what really got me though. It doesn’t matter if you’re new, tired, strong, not strong (yet ?) — everyone is welcome. People cheer each other on, show up consistently, and that energy makes a huge difference, especially on the hard days. I’ve gotten stronger, more confident, and way more consistent than I ever thought I would — and I genuinely look forward to training, which says a lot!!! If you’re thinking about joining: do it. Best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time.
