I didn’t know what the experience would be like of buying a custom engagement ring online (or through Etsy which is where I bought it from) and Nir and his team surpassed all my expectations. I received professionalism, thoughtful emails and great customer service with every interaction. And he was very patient with me while I learned a lot about ring and stone styles. I received a beautiful ring and ultimately wanted to make a change and he made a very rare exception and even worked with me on that process. You can tell he is a true artist and designer, and someone who really cares about his clients. I would recommend his business to anyone and have been made a loyal customer.
