After searching high and low for a peculiar wedding band that would fit my engagement ring, I finally found Artemer. I had an idea for a custom ring and they made the process so so easy! Their customer service rep Michelle was communicative, kind, and helpful. I was very specific about what I wanted (platinum, specific CCCC, kite shape, etc) and they created my vision perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the ring, the process, the company, simply spectacular all around. If you are thinking of getting a piece from them, do yourself the favor! I can't wait to get my next one. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Customer for life. Thanks Artemer xo

Great work, perfect quality, fast and secure delivery. Support is awesome - they were online from the online order up to delivery to me. Helped to fill the declarations. Ring comes with a high quality box. Definetely recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Artemer. Creating my ring was a five-month journey filled with communication, revisions, and careful planning—and every step was handled with incredible grace. Michelle was truly superb. Her professionalism, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail were second to none. She provided consistent updates, along with photos and videos that brought each stage of the process to life. The final ring is absolutely stunning. Not only the piece we crafted together, but every one of Artemer’s designs feels unique, intentional, and unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. They’re a premium jewelry house through and through, and worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed with your experience.

An absolute pleasure working with them! Great customer service, exquisite ring options. They rushed delivered my order so I could propose right when I wanted to, and made sure I had all I needed to get it through customs promptly. Also worked with me with pricing options. Great experience all around and my wife is even more pleased with her ring than what she saw on their website! Will be coming back for future rings!

Artemer was so helpful and patient as we customized our ring! We spent several months and exchanged over 100 emails with Michelle to get our ring just right. She was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the process. Artemer provided videos and photos throughout to ensure it was exactly what we envisioned. We love the ring! It is beautiful - better than we ever imagined.
