פעם ראשונה שהגעתי לחנות. החנות מלאה בבגדים יפים במחירים הוגנים וכמובן שרכשתי כמה מהם. בקופה הופתעתי לגלות שבגלל שהגעתי בחודש יום ההולדת שלי, ואני במועדון, מגיעה לי הנחה של 50%. היה שווה וממליצה להיכנס לכל מי שאוהבת בגדי יד שנייה.

Whenever I get the chance, while visiting Haifa, I would pop-in and find something to get or give away. A very kind staff.

I've been to this secondhand shop over ten times. I really enjoy buying secondhand and supporting local stores, and overall, this shop has a lot going for it. It's clean, well-organized, beautifully sorted by color and type, and offers a nice assortment of clothing at affordable prices. However, there are a few things I feel are worth mentioning based on my repeated experiences. When it comes to bringing clothes to the shop, they are extremely selective — even with items that are new or in great condition. Most of the time, they seem to choose clothes based on personal preference. A few workers have even said things like, “I wouldn’t wear this,” or “I don’t like it.” I’ve often felt uncomfortable during and after the sorting process because it feels like not just my clothes are being judged — at times, it feels a bit personal. Maybe that’s just how I perceive it, but I wanted to share that feeling honestly. It makes me hesitate every time I consider bringing in clothes again. Another issue is the staff. Often, there’s no one visible in the shop to assist customers — you can usually hear them in the back. This makes the shopping experience feel a bit uncomfortable and unattended. Lastly, I’ve noticed that staff members frequently smoke right outside the shop window. While it’s outside, it detracts from the overall appearance and atmosphere of the store. I genuinely hope these issues are addressed, because the shop has great potential, and I’d love to continue supporting it.

Didn't want to write at first, but then saw similar reviews. I love the clothes assortment, often go out with something nice for reasonable price. I love the idea that you can give away your clothes, but the process itself ruined my experience and mood for the day... Felt gaslighted into seeing my clothes as cheap and it felt personal ?
