A close friend of mine in Armenia contacted Kristin to take care of a sale contract that was violated by a buyer (the latter did not complete the payments as per the payment schedule so the deal must be annuled). The initial impression was positive (she is usually available to chat on the phone) but we soon realised that it was a facade for a sinister agenda.. She was concerned with her narrow interest of self profiteering and little else. Despite that the case is easy to understand from the onset Kristin insisted that we wire her a 'consultation fee' so she 'studies the case thoroughly and grants her educated and well qualified opinion' (her words). We did that but were then surprised to recieve a haphazard type of advice over the phone and an offer to take on the case in return for around 25% of the value we were hoping to recieve (!). I can't help but feel that Kristin took advantage of present circumstances. Worst still her fees offer was not conditioned by success/failure nor was it bound by a time limit... I also felt she was not particularly sharp or analytical (possibly because she didn't bother to read some of the material). Bottom line is I don't recommend her.
