Good just it is next to many building sites so go to bed early & you'll feel rested!

Very good place, perfectly located with parking lot inside the building.

1) My wife and I (two seniors) have been visiting in Israel for some years, usually staying with relatives or in hotels. In 2013, we looked at the Nes Ziona 5 apartments on the web and found the facilities and prices acceptable for us. Based on the location, the cost and what is provided, we decided to book the 2 bedroom ‘Sunrise’ apartment for January 2014. We stayed in the apartment for a month, found the place very satisfactory, facilities comfortable and the owners, Ronen and Tali very accommodating.

Sunshine Suites offer great value and reliability. We have been staying in their various Tel Aviv apartments for 8 years. The central location is important and parking is a bonus.

Excellent property, location and amenities within it. The hosts had thought of everything from sandcastle building toys to spotless, modern and fully included kitchen and utility room. Fantastic value
