Rented a beautiful Villa with them through Airbnb. The service though was horiffic. I am actually shocked at the disgusting response by management. The villa was rented for 12 people. There were 7 thin blakets for a winter rental not one quilt in the house- we were really cold. The hot water boiler was broken, we couldnt shower for 2 days. They never tried to help us with it or send someone to fix it. they still have not responded about this. The only issue they responded to was the lack of towels and they very proudly sent a picture with 12 towels proving there was one per person. No response about not having any hot water, or blankets. I was honest and polite to them the entire time and the hosts just yelled at us and about us for complaining while we were paying $1,000 a night to stay there. Anything we asked about they blamed on us, they were not responsive and when they did answer they were extremely rude. absolutely shocking- I will never rent from them again. Be very careful before renting a property with them becasue if you ahve any issues- you are the one in trouble... very very disappointed.

overpriced simple apartments in superb location. but still, simple apartments.

בחודש ספטמבר שכרתי דירה דרך Airbnb, הדירה עצמה הייתה יפה במיקום טוב עד שהתחלנו הבעיות, מספר מוצרי חשמל בבית לא היו תקינים, לצערי הרבה לחברה לא היו פתרונות מיידיים מה שפגע בשהות שלהו במקום. בנוסף מה שבאמת העכיר על השהות שלנו במקום זה הניסיון של החברה להאשים אותי בנזקים בנכס שלא קרו מעולם מהצד שלנו. נגרמה לי התנהלות ארוכה מול Airbnb שכללה שיחות אלפון ואיימלים רבים כדי להוכיח את טענתי עד שלמעשה לא חויבתי בתשלום מהצד שלי על אותם נזקים שלא היו. בקיצור כאב ראש אחד גדול שלא לצורך. בנוסף הטונים עם נציג החברה היו מאד לא נעימים ורמת השירות מאז המקרה היתה ברמה מאד לא מצופה.

The apartment was stunning,with amazing views,just as described. Since I had no vehicle it was perfect for me, close to the kikar ,shopping areas and great beach access. Ilan was great and took care of any of my comcerns. I will definitely be back
