Absolutely awful garbage experience!!!!! Had to get the police involved! Removed my extensions with such roughness and pulled out so much of my hair. I had to ask multiple times to take them out gently and he continued to rip them out not letting the product dissolve the glue. They are not gentle at all, even during the washing and drying of my hair they kept pulling and yanking on my hair! Getting your hair washed should be enjoyable not painful! They also had to wash my hair twice because there was so much glue leftover that he didn’t remove properly! Blow dry was also extremely rough! She kept tugging at the brush on my hair over and over again at the hottest setting when I kept saying to stop pulling so much!! I asked multiple times to be careful and gentle on my fine hair as I have very fragile hair and they continued to be extremely agressive!!! He reapplied the glue on my extensions and completely ruined them with glue all over the roots of my extensions!! The white sticker which is the glue is applied completely crooked on the hair extensions leaving glue all over the roots ( see picture) These are 2000 $ worth of Bellami extensions! I refused for them to continue the instillation as he was doing a terrible job. He sticked the extensions so close to my scalp I have glue residue on my scalp. I kept asking him to put the extensions a little lower so they would lay flat on my head and not damage the surrounding hair and he refused. The sectioning he did was terrible leaving a bunch of baby hairs caught and intertwined in the extensions weft! All my small hairs were ripped out! He still wanted me to pay for the full service even though he damaged my hair and my extensions and I left the salon without any extensions!!!! I know have to remove all the glue on the extensions, clean them and go somewhere else to install them!!! I refused to pay for the full service as the extensions were not reapplied and I offered to pay just for the removal plus the shampoo and he still refused and didn’t let me leave when i told him i would only pay for half (the service is received) ! He threatened me with the police and his coworker told me i would have to pay extra for each hour they waited for the police to come!!! She even threatened me telling me I would be able to go back home to Canada or come back to Israel if i didn’t pay him the full amount even though he only did half the service!!! ?!?!?! Having gone to many places and wearing tape in extensions for the last 10 years this was absolutely horrible!!!! Had to wait 4 hours for the cops to resolve the issue and they agreed with me that i shouldn’t be paying for the full service as i didn’t receive it and he damaged my hair. Went home crying with a scalp that hurts, damaged and ripped out hair, and glue on my 2000$ extensions!!! Look at this pictures of the hair extensions he « prepared perfectly », look at this horrible job, glue everywhere and hair stuck in the glue ripping the extensions.

שירות מזעזע!!!!! יגאל בן אדם חסר לב שזרק אותי מהמספרה כי ביקשתי מה שמגיע לי… אני אישה בחודש שמיני שגרה בצפון הארץ והוא פשוט זרק אותי מהמספרה שלו…. ונתן לי כמעט שעה להמתין בחוץ בשיא הגשם אחרי ששרף לי את כל השער… בבקשה לא להתקרב !!!!! בן אדם נוכל !!!!!!

עשיתי תוספות בעבר במספרה אחרת ולא הייתי מרוצה. הגעתי ליגאל חסיד בעקבות המלצה של חברה והופתעתי לטובה. שירות אדיב ומקצועי. מומלץ מאוד
