Venturing through the charming town of Tira, I stumbled upon what appeared to be a breath of fresh air - a modernized, non-traditional food establishment, a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. The boldness of businesses willing to take risks in exploring new ventures is commendable. However, it became evident that before embarking on such a journey, understanding the field and assembling the right team with the right attitude is crucial. Etiquette and common sense are not optional; they lay the foundation for success. Unfortunately, this particular coffee shop lacked the essence that defines a true coffee haven. A genuine coffee shop embodies quality coffee, impeccable service, and a welcoming ambiance. Regrettably, my initial excitement diminished as I experienced the glaring shortcomings of this place. The service guy, far from a barista, was preoccupied with his phone conversation rather than attending to customers. His lack of dedication to the craft was evident when he carelessly handled my espresso, leaving me disappointed. Serving it in a large paper cup only added to the disappointment, further highlighting that it wasn't truly an espresso to begin with. The sour, acidic, and cheap brew didn't live up to the standard of a genuine coffee shop. It felt more like something you'd find on a forgotten roadside stool in the middle of some far-off country. With cramped seating and this far-from-espresso coffee, the establishment fell short on all fronts. A coffee shop should evoke a sense of purpose and allure, but this one left much to be desired for any coffee lover. Businesses need to grasp the importance of retaining the core essence of their chosen venture to truly succeed.
