We loved our stay at The American Colony Hotel Jerusalem. We visited over Christmas Eve through the day after Christmas. The staff were especially fantastic. Mouayad Khader the front office assistant manager was extremely helpful with our changes in our bookings and setting up transportation and tours. We met Yousef, the concierge and Diana at the front desk and the bellman, who were always friendly and ready to assist. Our transportation driver, Mahmoud was also telling us about the area on our drive to/from the airport and to Bethlehem on Christmas Eve. He also introduced us to Mohammad, an excellent guide in Bethlehem. We highly recommend the hotel for their caring demeanor and the cleanliness of the hotel. We will definitely visit again. המלון מקסים אבל יצאתי בהרגשה מאוד לא נוחה מהביקור שם. המלון מפרסם מחירים ללא מע"מ לתושבי ישראל. זה חבוי במסמכים שלהם בצורה מאוד לא ברורה ואותי זה הפתיע בצ'קאאוט. חבל שזה מקלקל חוויה טובה.
There efforts that this established hotel puts into everything is amazing. The furniture, surroundings and positive attitude of the team is a shining reminder of hope and Co existence in Jerusalem
