Hapoalim Bank - Beit Hakerem

You need to have an appointment ahead of time Just walking in and taking a number to be inline is not enough I must say they are short staffed short tampered and you get the feeling that low income clients are less welcome I have been with this bank and branch over 18 years or so And still the staff has a large turn over and it seems top management does not so much care about customer service . Thus branch has gone threw quite a few changes over the years First they took out cashier stations Then they downsized the location by at least half Then they demand you make appointment before you come online Which makes you first download there app (For non-technical friendly or people without a smart phone , just very very hard) And when you do all that appointments are always a few weeks out. When I mentioned this , You get a cold shoulder. Because this is one of two banks within walking distance from my house I am with them But it is not a pleasure. Sorry
