This company is probably a SCAM. I drove to the address and there is a bus terminal there, also I tried to call no one picks up phone calls. Avoid it.

I ordered a custom Hebrew name charm for my daughter on March 17, 2018. I paid for priority shipping to ensure that I would receive it by my daughter Bat Mitzvah mid April. As of today May 1, 2018, I have not received my order. I have requested a tracking number 4x as well as ask for a refund 4x. I have not recieved a response.

"Fine Jewelry From Jerusalem" is my favorite place to shop! They have a great selection of beautiful and unique jewelry. The quality of their jewelry is the best and I have been more than pleased with every purchase I have made. Their service is great! I have been doing business with them for 15 years and I have found them to be people with the highest integrity that have earned my trust. I highly recommend, "Fine Jewelry From Jerusalem!"
