Dont recommend. Horrible customer service. Bought 3 pieces and was very happy at first. Owner was friendly. Assured me that none of the jewelery discolors, even the more affordable ones, as long as Im careful not to expose it to water etc. After around 3 weeks it turned rusty..Owner was unwilling to admit or take responsibility. She did not offer a refund or voucher. Instead said i could purchase a more expensive piece and she would deduct the amount of the bracelet that discolored. She was not open to help and was unfriendly. Bad way of making business, by ripping of customers. Definitely lost her reputation with me. Posting this not as loshn hara, but to spare other customers from a similar experience. Dont expect her to be accomodating in case of any problem you might have. She was rude and not reliable. You can see from another user who left a 1 star review, that it seems, this is the owners way of dealing with things. I too was left standing, while she turned to new customers in the middle of the conversation. She clearly doesnt care.

כל פעם שאני מגיעה לחנות אני מתפעלת מהמבחר ומהתכשיטים היפהפיים בחנות. יצא לי כמה פעמים לקנות שם תכשיטים ובכל פעם יצאתי מרוצה ומאושרת מהתכשיט החדש.

קניתי בטריה זהה לבטריה שיש לי במשקל אך היא לא תקינה. המשקל נבדק והוא תקין. למרות שעברה רק חצי שעה מהקניה המוכרת טענה שכיוון שהאריזה נפתחה לא ניתן להחזיר/להחליף. לא רק שהסירו אחריות, נתקו את השיחה בפנים.

קיבלתי תכשיט מתנה ורציתי להחליף אותו הלכתי לחנות פעמיים בשעות שהחנות צריכה להיות פתוחה והיה פעמיים סגור התקשרתי ולא עונים

המוכרות משאירות את החנות והולכות. ממש חוצפה וגזל מבעלת החנות!!!
