The Jerusalem Hostel

First off Belinda the receptionist is super nice and accommodating, she made sure to accompany our needs and concerns we were happy about that Also the place itself is accessible to the tram, groceries, shops, it’s amazing, the only con is, at night it gets really noisy so bring some earplugs if I were you The rest of the people there are approachable too, will def book another stay at this hostel once we come back! :)

The bedroom is just average and so is the hostel. There is a mexican guy in charge of the breakfast in the rooftop who was very friendly and polite. The male recepcionist donwstairs ( i remember his hair was dyed at the moment ) was rude and condenscending to my friend who can not speak english properly . No surprises , just the average israelí behavior all along the trip.

Just be aware that apparently there is no night receptionist and breakfast starts at 8:30am. Tough luck like if you have locked yourself out or arrive early/late. Female dorm basic, got very hot, not all beds have sockets and never saw anyone cleaning it

We were not allowed to enter the country because of my arabic roots and we spent the first night at the airport instead of the hostel and had to cancel the whole stay on the next day. The staff was so friendly and gave us a full refund!

I was here with my family and we booked two rooms. It was very nice, everything. The personal was very kind with us, and help us with info. The rooms is beautiful, but not for picky, and the breakfast, which is included, is enough for half a day. The hostel is located on a pietonal street with acces to the tram. I will go back here.
