A great gym, their children's classes are very cleverly done by an instructor who makes the lessons fun, which motivates the students so they are really enthusiastic about being fit and healthy. He also gives them great techniques, and watches everyone to make sure they get the most from the exercises. The gym has lots of cool equipment and the pumping music really gets e everyone going. The expert, inspiring and safe environment is a great example of how children's fitness classes should be done.
