Shady and unpleasant. I went here to dry clean a suit for my wedding (pants, blazer and shirt). When I came there the guy (No.1) there took my suit and told me to pay upfront, cash, not credit. I didn't have any with me, he told me that I can pay when they finish cleaning, by the end of the week. No problem. Thursday comes along, I go to pick up the suit, another guy (No. 2) there doesn't have a clue about my suit. He looks for it for a long time, finds it, but he cant find the shirt. I tell him that I was told that it'd be ready by the end of the week, all he can do is say sorry and on top of that he tells me if I can pay *only* with a credit card when I pick up my shirt next week. I tell him that guy No.1 told me to pay cash, but OK. By now I'm starting to get suspicious that something's not right and that I won't see my shirt ever again. Next week comes along, I come to pick up my shirt with a credit card, no cash. Guy No.2 is there, he takes a long time to find my shirt eventually finds it. I look at the shirt and it's still stained. He asked me to pay for it, by now I just wanted to get out of there! I give him my credit card and then tells me to pay cash. Seriously? He asked to pay with a credit card last week. Apparently his credit card system isn't working, he gets on the phone with someone for tech support, then takes my card and starts scribbling down all the numbers, including the security code. I tell him to stop writing them down and give me back my card. He hands me back the paper, I take it and get the hell out of there!
