master Haifa Serviced Apartments

Booked last minute, as I don't currently have a place to live, and weather was bad so no camping out. My one tiny frustration was that I couldn't modify the reservation because of booking last minute, so I had to pay one night when I wasn't there due to my plans/life changing. Overall, I was quite happy with the place - the gentleman at the front desk when I arrived must have lived overseas at some point, he was polite and helpful. A few people were there with dogs, and any place that welcomes pets is a good place to be. The room itself was cute, enough for me and if I had one other person it would have also been okay. No oven, but a microwave, small stovetop, and full-size fridge, as well as a kumkum and coffee machine. Towels were provided, and I had plenty for my stay. There is a nice closet for those who want to unpack. I had a gorgeous view out the window of waves crashing. Overall, the value for the money is good, could only be improved by a buffet breakfast available downstairs and by laundry machines available to use. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit softer than I like so I layered them on top of each other to sleep. Wifi worked and was strong. The ceiling in the bathroom could maybe use some fixing, over the shower is peeling, but not a big deal, I had no issue with it. Take note though, for those who use public transit - the bus stop outside requires walking up some stairs and over a pedestrian bridge. There is no ramp, and no underground passage. If, like me, you don't do well with heights and/or are shlepping heavy bags, this is something to consider. The hof hacarmel train station is about a 25 minute walk down the same road if you dont want to get to the bus stop, but I wouldn't walk it with luggage.

I’m so disappointed in this hotel. I came to this location on Dec 19th. After confirming and complete my check in and booking. I was told the hotel is overbooked and I have no room for the night. I had to look for another hotel on the same night.

The location is beautiful! Beautiful view of the sea and the coast! Beautiful sunset! The studio with a sea view had a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub! Some floors smelled musty, and the air conditioning often smelled musty as well.
