Our visit in this bank in Haifa was a total dissappintment. A week before our visit we made an appointment to open a family account, passes through a long interview with a manager through a telephone and was invited to come today at 13.00. During this dialogue we gave all the information including being new repatriates and opening our very 1st account. The manager told: we can make all things: open an account and issue credit and debit cards. BUT when we came today manager Galya told us: we can't issue any credit card to repatriates, and that's final. This approach crashed all our plans and arrangements here in Haifa (mobile, appartment, etc.). We lost lots of time and are totally disappointed. Why, Mizrahi Bank, you treat us like that? :(
