Shocking customer service. I placed an order for a cage almost 3 weeks ago. Delivery was meant after a maximum of 5 business days. It is almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received the cage. There is no answer when calling their customer support. After eventually getting through to someone they said that there was an inventory problem and we're surprised to hear that no one had communicated this to me. We did not receive any communication regarding this problem until I tried to call over and over again. They promised me that the delivery would be by Thursday or at the latest on Sunday. (Over 2 weeks since the order was placed) Today is Monday and I still have not received the delivery. The current cage I have is way too small for my dog and we therefore have had to put his training on hold for almost 3 weeks because of their lack of service. I am not prepared to make my dog suffer in a cage that is too small for him so we have been unable to leave him in the cage and this has affected our lives badly. It is impossible to get an answer from their customer support. Terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend
