When we moved to Zichron Yaakov from Canada with our two older dogs, we were lucky enough to find Chen. When our six-year-old dog suddenly developed serious symptoms of diabetes, Chen guided us through every step of the diagnosis and treatment with expertise and compassion. What sets Chen apart is not only her knowledge but also her availability and genuine care. She made herself available to us 24/7, even answering the phone in the middle of the night when we were worried or unsure of what to do. Her follow-up has been outstanding, and she gives you the feeling that she truly cares about both the animals and the people who love them. Chen has a calm, relaxed presence that immediately puts our dogs at ease. They adore her, and so do we. She also speaks excellent English, which made such a difference for us as newcomers to Israel still learning the language. It allowed us to fully understand every detail of our dog’s care and gave us peace of mind. Thanks to her dedication, she uncovered a secondary medical issue we didn’t know about, and our dog’s health has improved dramatically. Without her, we would not have our beloved dog with us today. Chen is not only the best veterinarian we have ever had, but also someone we deeply trust and appreciate.
