From the moment we arrived, it was clear this stay was going to be something special. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the amenities are exactly what you would expect from a Ritz. We’ve stayed at many high-end hotels over the years, so while the setting was stunning, what truly made this experience unforgettable went far beyond the physical space. The service at this hotel is, without question, the best we have ever experienced anywhere. Every single person we encountered - without exception - went above and beyond in a way that felt completely genuine. This was not scripted or forced hospitality. The team truly cares, and it shows in every interaction. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, were consistently warm, attentive, and accommodating, and made us feel cared for in a way that is incredibly rare. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. We were treated like individuals, not room numbers. Small details were noticed, preferences were remembered, and every request was handled with ease and kindness. It created an atmosphere where we could truly relax and enjoy our time, knowing everything was being taken care of. The impact this had on our trip cannot be overstated. My kids said their favorite part of our entire vacation was the hotel itself, which says everything. The experience here didn’t just complement our trip - it completely elevated it and became a core memory for our family. A heartfelt thank you to Niv, Shachar, and the entire team for delivering such an extraordinary experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set a standard that feels impossible to match. We are incredibly grateful and genuinely hope this is the only place we ever stay moving forward.

I recently stayed at the hotel as part of a corporate event. The property is top-tier and perfectly located. The service was both professional and attentive, and the culinary experience was outstanding. I highly recommend it!
