I had the opportunity to take the Krav Maga online course, and it has been a complete experience in my training to be an instructor, the videos explain each of the techniques clearly and precisely, as well as being able to ask Alain Cohen any questions that may arise. have, you can practice it alone, but I recommend having the support of a friend who allows you to feel the aggression and thus be able to apply the appropriate technique that you are learning.
