Synagogue Mikdash Meir בית הכנסת מקדש מאיר), Nachal Rafaim ST. is very nice. It is Sephardi with many English speakers. The place is clean and orderly. In the morning a number of people regularly study there, but it is not crowded. As an accommodation they often have coffee, bread, and pastries. You can use a smartphone there pleasantly. I came in with shorts and they received me pleasantly.
