I would like to be clear - I'm not one to write negative reviews, especially not when it can hurt someone livelihood. I also want to confirm that the issue was resolved (I should receive my money back within 7-10 bus days) , however, I am here just to worn you that I was able to schedule this location for two days in July, when apparently there is a minimum of 4 days . I Have read all the fine print, doubled check all the information prior to reserving, to receive an email the next day, stating that I should add more days as they have a minimum of 4 days, or cancel. Mistakes happen, maybe an online glitch?! maybe, but if you have special requirements - they should be written down under the description. And if a glitch happens, there is respect, courtesy and honor code to a reservation that was confirmed and charged. We are 6 people that now need to find a different accommodation, for the busiest time in Israel . Too sad, we were really looking forward for this trip.
