Beware of this merchant!!! If I could, I would give them a zero! I booked a 1 night stay in April and requested to check in around 11pm, since this was Sabbath and I could not get to Nazareth earlier on public transportation. The hotel replied that based on their policy, they did not accept check in after 6pm, hence they would NOT receive me and told me to look somewhere else. However, they charged me for the night, claiming that the reservation was non-refundable and listing a " no show" as their reason. This is absolutely ridiculous! Late arrival was not my whim and I inquired about it first thing when booking, yet the owner took this opportunity to make money in an unfair way, to say the least. For the past month, I have been fighting through Booking. com to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN will I want to deal with this establishment! PS. I booked the room a few days in advance, so the owner knew early enough about my situation.
