Perfect location in the heart of Tel Aviv, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Also wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended.

Location is wonderful. The room was well equipped for a longish stay. Staff were helpful in fixing things that needed to be fixed in the room (e.g., a faucet leaking), and in providing things we asked for (e.g., extra hangers, a power bar, a sink plug). Housekeeping service is every 3 days. The only downside for someone who is staying more than a couple of days [we were there 2 weeks], and relying on the kitchen facilities, was that the fridge wouldn't go below 10°C, which isn't cold enough to keep milk and other perishables for more than a day or two. We asked the staff about this and they changed the fridge for another one from a different room, but it was the same. (After that we managed by keeping water bottles in the freezer and swapping them into the fridge twice a day to keep the fridge temperature down.) The air conditioner made the room damp, which surprised us, as usually air conditioners dry out a room. We have stayed in many hotels in Tel Aviv and hadn't run into this before. Drying clothes that we washed ourselves and hung in the room took a long time. For people who need to work on a laptop while in the room, the chairs provided aren't comfortable, and the hotel didn't have any other options. (This won't be a problem for most people on vacation.) TV channel selection was very good and included American news networks. Note: The hotel is not set up for those who are Shabbat observant, as electronic access is needed to get in and out of the main hotel door (card tap to come in, button press to leave).

I've been here for over a month and can say only good things about the place. It is clean, very well maintained, with helpful staff, and the location is outstanding! And because of our friends the Houthis, I've also been able to take advantage of their huge underground protected space fitted out with clean comfortable chairs and plenty of bottled water. Access is easy and everything is well signed. The building has triplex windows which do a great job of eliminating the noise from the street. And the rooftop is great for sunbathing or having your meals al fresco. There's a really interesting variety of music in all the public spaces, but you don't hear it in your room. The bathrooms are quite large and the showers are definitely big enough for two. The beds are comfortable. I can't comment on the kitchenette because I eat out in the plethora of restaurants all around, but it seems to be well provisioned. The staff is responsive and pleasant to deal with. In short, I have gotten very used to living here and will regret leaving when the time comes. Highly recommended.
